We are eagerly planning the 9th Bud's Run, a 5K Run/Walk that remembers Bud Swanson and raises funds for the Sarcoma Foundation of America. We also wish to remember and honor others that we know who have "moved on" as a result of sarcoma.  But, let me be clear that this race event is a celebration.  Bud loved to run and to race and he loved coaching runners.  Bud's Run is a joyous gathering of runners, friends of runners, and those who understand that life is precious and deserves celebration every day.

We will continue the 1K Fun Run for children 12 and under.  We will also have the "Budding Runner" event for those 5 and under; this is a very popular and very lively activity that parents can join in the fun with their little runner. (We have kid sized shirts.)

New this year is our performance shirt (seen here), which will replace our traditional cotton shirts.  Children will still receive a more comfortable cotton / poly blend.  Look for other new suprises throughout the "Buds Run" season on our Twitter and Facebook pages.

Please come and join us; you will have fun and you will add to the value of the day.  100% of the proceeds after paying our expenses are given to the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
